We use the latest technology to troubleshoot Mac software and hardware issues, we have years of experience and an extensive knowledge base of common problems.
We are experts at recovering data from failing hard drives and dealing with iTunes, iPhoto, and email corruption.
If we cannot solve your problem via the phone or if you are a non-contract customer without telephone support we will book a call-out to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Maintenance Options
Hourly or Fixed Fee callouts available - Local callout £35 + VAT
Fee includes inspection, diagnosis and onsite repair attempt - If your Mac needs to be taken back to our workshop for repair we always ensure a quick turnaround and return to you.
Pre-Paid Contract
Unlimited support calls and emails direct to engineers' phones
Calls returned within one hour if not answered immediately
Next day site visit to your premises if unable to fix via telephone
Quarterly health check to optimize your Mac's performance
