purplemac offer two types of Service and Maintenance Cover, which are:

Pre-Paid Contract

Unlimited support calls and emails direct to engineers' phones
Calls returned within one hour if not answered immediately
Next day site visit to your premises if unable to fix via telephone
Inclusive replacement of faulty parts e.g. Hard Drives and Ram
Loan equipment for all covered items reducing downtime
Quarterly health check to optimize your Macs performance
Consultation to ensure your system remains competitive

Chargeable Callouts (Non-Contract)

Our fees vary depending on your distance from our office in Crawley
Hourly or Fixed Fee callouts are available - Local callout £55 + VAT (inc repair)

All prices for chargeable callouts are exclusive of any parts that may be required. Customers will be made fully aware of any extra costs before any components are installed.
